Let's Talk Trash!
This new state-of-the-art waste management facility will increase our community’s recycling rate to above 85%, generate resources, such as green energy and compost, and dramatically lower local greenhouse gas emissions.
Sign-up for one of our free educational experiences. The County will accommodate student field trips, work retreats, or anyone curious about how our waste is handled. You will learn that preventing waste is simple. Learn to be creative in reducing, reusing, and recycling and see how waste reduction is good for our communities, environment, and wallets. The County’s educational experiences empower community members with the knowledge they need to make a significant positive impact through what they consume and dispose of day to day.
