Recycling
LessIsMore.org works best in modern browsers like Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or Internet Explorer 8. All are free to download and will greatly improve your internet experience. This section has everything you need to know about recycling at your home, business, apartment or school. If you're not sure how to recycle a particular item, find it in the list below or use our search bar at the top of the page.
Polystyrene (Styrofoam) Drop-Off
If you’re not able to reuse or donate your Styrofoam packaging for reuse, you can drop the material off at one of the locations listed below. Please note that only clean Styrofoam that "snaps" into smaller pieces is acceptable. Please remove all tape, wrapping, or concrete.
The following materials are NOT accepted: packing peanuts, any foam that once held food, packing foam sheets, memory foam, pool noodles, and concrete-coated foam. If it bends without snapping, it's unacceptable.
If your material is mixed it will not be accepted and you may be charged a fee. Styrofoam can also be placed in curbside trash bins.
