Santa Barbara County contracts with waste hauling companies for general residential and commercial waste collection services in the unincorporated areas of the county. These are called our “franchised waste haulers.” Outside of our franchised waste haulers, other companies operate and are approved to provide temporary waste collection services in the county. These are called “unscheduled waste haulers.”

The permit holders below are approved by the County to provide temporary waste collection services (e.g. roll-offs) in the unincorporated areas of the county. Please reach out to them directly to inquire about their services and rates.
