Looking to gain new skills to meet the growing demand for water-wise, sustainable landscaping? If so, the Green Gardener Program of Santa Barbara County is just what you are looking for! Learn skills in irrigation, plant selection, pruning, pest management, and more. Students who complete the class will earn their Green Gardener certification. FREE basic classes are offered in person in English and Spanish for the Fall term. Spanish classes are on Monday and English classes are on Wednesday. Computers and internet access are available for students if needed. Register in advance online at green gardener.org or call 805.898.8160. Classes start August 26th. Students can register for this class through September 2nd.
