Come one, come all! Engel & Gray Inc. and the City of Santa Maria are hosting a Compost and Garden Fair on Saturday, May 13, from 10am - 1pm. Santa Barbara County Resource Recovery and Waste Management will also be there to talk all things organic waste (we can answer your trash and recycling questions, too!).
Join us and receive:
- Complimentary compost,
- Free seedlings, and
- A free kitchen pail to help you sort your food scraps at home!
Participants can also to make their own potting soil and transplant their seedings. Kids are invited to sit in composting trucks and loaders. Come join the fun!
