The City of Santa Maria is hosting a FREE! vermicomposting workshop!

Build your own finished worm bin during this interactive workshop! All materials will be supplied. Participants will learn how composting with worms helps divert food waste and enriches soil.
The workshop will include information on:
- Starting a worm bin,
- What to feed your new worm family,
- Where to keep your bin, and
- All of the spectacular uses of vermicompost!
