Public Hearing Scheduled for Single-Use Plastic Bag Ban Ordinance Draft EIR

The County will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 16 at 5:00 p.m. in the Planning Commission Hearing Room (123 East Anapamu Street, First Floor) to receive verbal comments on the draft EIR for the Single-Use Plastic Bag Ban Ordinance. Written comments will be accepted until Friday, January 24.

There will also be a public hearing on the draft EIR at the County Planning Commission Hearing Room (located on the first floor of the Main County Administration Building at 105 East Anapamu) on January 16, 2014 at 5:00 p.m.

County Moves Forward With Plastic Bag Ordinance EIR
