The final version of the agreement to build and operate the Tajiguas Resource Recovery Project between the County of Santa Barbara and MSB Investments has been unanimously approved by the Board of Supervisors. This latest step moves the project forward, with construction expected to start before the end of the year. MSB Investments originally won the rights to develop this project in 2012. After over six years of negotiations and a full environmental review process, this project is now set to be completed by 2021.
