Now available, the Resource Recovery & Waste Management Division is providing direct access of transactional data to all of our billing customers. The information is available via our Web Reporting System.

Establishing an Account

• Go to our Web Reporting System website
• Click on Contact Us
• Fill out the required fields
• In the Question/Comment box, enter "Create an account for me for billing account ID __."
• You will receive an e-mail with a temporary password
• Log onto your account and reset your password

Please note that all access accounts are limited to one e-mail address. If you have multiple authorized users, you will need to either provide an e-mail address that is accessible to all users or create multiple access accounts with unique e-mail addresses.

Using Your Account

Once you have established an access account, you will be able to use the following tools:

• View all data collected through our facility scale system
• Create your own reports
• Update refuse account information
• Request a statement or copies of receipts
• Make payments
